- A dark and quiet room
- You need pillow (as a optional)
- Need candles (as optional)
- Need lighter or matches (as optional)
- an recording device (as optional)
- bystanders
Procedure of this game:rules
It will start with Sleeping…
- You can start this game at any time
- Bring all the thing that you need for this game to the quiet dark room and close the door .
- Draw the curtains too
- Dim the lights too if you using candles then you have to set those candles place around the perimeter of the room .
- Now you can light candles by using lighter or matches now do not need dim the lights anymore now you can switch off the lights
- Seat the guide cross legged on the floor if you using pillow put that pillow on the guide’s lap
- The sleeper’s position should be that they are lying down on the floor and eyes closed face up and the head resting on guide’s lap
- If you using bystanders they should seat comfortably and quietly as a circle around the guide and sleeper when you going to start the game turn on your recording device
- The guide should place the finger tips on the sleeper’s temples and start to rub them slowly circular motion
- The sleeper should relax the body focus on breathing and should close eyes as well when the right time arrived start counting backwards from 100 to 01
- When the sleeper start counting the bystanders and guide have to say the sentence ” purple hearts ” Rhythmically and quietly
Sleeper should keep counting
12.Bystanders and guide keep saying ” purple hearts “
13.If the sleeper falls silent before reaching the count one the game has succeeded bystanders and guide stop keep saying purple heart because the ritual had succeeded
14.If the sleeper reach the count of one no matter the game has succeeded or not keep saying purple hearts before proceeding the guide have to ask from sleeper if they are asleep
15.If the sleeper answer no the ritual seems like unsuccessful bystanders and guide stop chanting check the behavior of sleeper correctly for confirmation
16.If the sleeper open eyes and sit upright or behaving like normal the ritual has not succeeded blow out the candle turn on the lights open the curtains and separate the group of participants and try again later

Sleeper if you are not asleep DO NOT PRETEND TO BE ASLEEP DO NOT CHEAT ANSWER HONESTLY.
If the sleeper answer yes the ritual succeeded bystanders and guide stop chanting

21.For wake the sleeper guide should guide the go reach out their hands and grab the purple heart
22.When the sleeper grabbed purple heart the sleeper should wake up
23.When sleeper awakened sleeper should open the eyes and sit up ,and turn off the Audi device
Blow out the candles….
